World Ozone Day Celebration on 17.9.2018

Vapi Industries Association (VIA) always taken utmost care for Safe Keeping of Environment and maintaining the Ecological Balance. VIA also regularly hold awareness sessions to create awareness about the Environment to the Industries Members and the people of the Estate. In our continued effort World Ozone Day was celebrated today, 17.9.2018 at VIA 2nd Floor Conference Hall. World Ozone Day Celebration was done in the presence of Shri N D Tandel, Sr. Scientific Officer, GPCB, Vapi, Shri Prakash Bhadra, President, VIA, Shri Satish Patel, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Shri Kalpesh Vora, Chairman - Green Society, VIA, Shri R Gananasegaran, CEO, VGEL. The program was well attended by over 80 participants from Member Industries, Staff Members of CETP & VGEL and Participants of Master Trainer Program organized by MoEF&CC, GoI and GCPC. During the program the dignitaries explained the necessity to maintain the Ozone Layer in the atmosphere and the adverse effect of destruction of the Ozone Layer in the Atmosphere
