Motorcycle Rally for Safety Awareness as part of the National Safety Week Celebration on 5.3.2018

Vapi Industries Association (VIA) has always taken proactive steps to create awareness amongst the Industries Members on various aspects like Industrial Safety, Domestic Safety, Road Safety, Environment Safety etc. to encourage them in generating sustainable growth. VIA will be celebrating National Safety Week from 5th to 10th March this year to create awareness about the need to maintain safety and adopt safety measures, with the support of the Department of Industrial Safety & Health (DISH), Aarti Industries Ltd., Vapi Green Enviro Ltd, Divyabhaskar, VECC and the Industries Members A Motorcycle Rally was arranged at 8:30 am on 5th March 2018, Monday at VIA Ground as part of the National Safety Week celebration. The event was held in the presence of the Hon'ble Collector of Valsad, Shri C R Kharsan IAS, Shri D M Acharya, Asst. Director, DISH, Valsad, Shri S J Bariya, Police Inspector, Vapi GIDC Police Station, Representatives from Divyabhaskar, Shri Chandrakant Pandya, President, VIA, Shri Satish Patel, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Shri Prakash Bhadra, Jt. Secretary, VIA, Shri Rajneesh Anand, Chairman, VECC Committee, VIA, Shri Hemang Naik, Chairman, HR Committee, VIA, Shri Pankaj Shukla, Chairman, U/G Drainage Committee, VIA, Shri Hemant Patel, Chairman, NA Committee, VIA and many other Executive Committee Members and Members of VIA and Press & Media Staff Members. Over 750 Motorcycle of Staff Members from Industries Members took part in the rally to create Safety Awareness . Beside Motorcycle Riders there were over 300 Industries Workers took part in the rally in Tempos and Vans.
