Capacity Building & Awareness Program on Exports, India @ 75 – Valsad District as Export Hub by VIA, FIEO, DGFT & DIC at 3:00 pm on 16th June 2023 at VIA 2nd Floor Conference Hall

Vapi Industries Association (VIA) jointly with Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO), Ahmedabad, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Surat and District Industries Center (DIC), Valsad have taken proactive steps to organize Awareness and Capacity Building Programs and Interactive Sessions time to time to help the Industries of this region and to encourage them to export their products. Today i.e. 16th June 2023, Friday at 3:00 pm at VIA 2nd Floor Conference Hall organized one such Capacity Building & Awareness Program on Exports was organized jointly with FIEO with the support of DGFT, Surat and DIC, Valsad as part of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav – India @ 75 to make Valsad District an Export Hub. Shri Satishbhai Patel, President, VIA during his welcome speech acknowledged the long relationship with FIEO and its support in promoting exports of the Industries of Vapi Industrial Estate and surrounding areas. Shri Virendra Singh ITS, Addl. Director General of Foreign Trade, Surat & Development Commissioner appreciated the support of the Industries Members in boosting the International Trade for the Nation. He also intimated about the Industry Friendly approach of the Government of India to promote Foreign Trade. Shri Abhimaniu Sharma ITS, Jt. DGFT, Surat informed all the present about the new Industry friendly Foreign Trade Police 2023, Amnesty Scheme and Foreign Trade Agreements to make aware the Exporting Industries of this region. Shru Yagnesh T Pawagari, Regional Manager, DIC, Valsad intimated the present about the new Industrial Policy of Gujarat Government and the Schemes, Subsidies and Financial Assistances offered under it to facilitate Industries & Trade Members.
