Interactive Meeting with GST Officials of State GST Commissionerate, Vapi on 2.5.2023

An Interactive Meeting was held with Shri Y N Patel, Dy. Commissioner (Enforcement), State GST Commissioenerate, Vapi, Shri K D Mojidra, Asst. Commissioner (Enforcement), State GST Commissioenerate, Vapi, Shri M D Chauhan, State Tax Officer (Enforcement), State GST Commissioenerate, Vapi and Industries Members, GST Consultants, today, 2nd May 2023 at VIA 1st Floor Conference Hall. During the meeting the Industries Members represented the issue of double taxation (GST) in case of transfer of leased properties within GIDC and the present GST Officials assured to take up this matter in their GST Council Meeting to bring an amicable solution to the issue. Beside this other issues & challenges faced by the Industries Members related to GST was also discussed. The Interactive Meeting was held in the presence of Shri Kamlesh Patel, President, VIA, Shri Sunil Agarwal, Vice President, VIA, Shri Satish Patel, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Shri Hemang Naik, Treasurer, VIA and Executive Committee Members of VIA – Shri Magan Savalia, Shri Kaushik Patel, Shri Kamal Shah, Shri Hemant Pant and others.
