Inauguration of Oxygen Park on 3.2.2022

Green Society of Vapi Industries Association (VIA) in its continuous endeavour to improve the ambiance and for the safekeeping of the environment has identified the land at Claps Hand near UPL Ltd., NH No. 48 and with the support of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Notified Area Authority (NAA), Vapi, Vapi Green Enviro Ltd. (VGEL) and Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) planned to develop an Oxygen Park as a Landmark at the entry point of the Vapi Industrial Estate. In about 4 months time the Oxygen Park has been developed and the inauguration of the same was done by the worthy hands of Shri Kanubhai Desai, Hon’ble Minister of Finance, Energy & Petrochemicals, Govt. of Gujarat on his birthday – 3rd February 2022. The inauguration function of the Oxygen Park was attended by Shri Satish Patel, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Shri Hemang Naik, Treasurer, VIA, Shri Kalpesh Vora, Jt. Secretary & Chairman – Green Society, VIA, Shri A K Shah, Advisory Board Member, VIA, Shri Shirish Desai, Advisory Board Member, VIA, Shri Yogesh Kabaria, Advisory Board Member, VIA, Shri L N Garg, Advisory Board Member, VIA, Shri Prakash Bhadra, Advisory Board Member, VIA, Shri Kamal Shah, Invitee Member, VIA, Executive Committee Members – Shri Hemant Patel, Shri Kaushik Patel, Shri Suresh Patel, Shri Magan Savalia, Shri Rajul Shah, Shri Lalit Kothari, Shri Mitesh Desai, Shri Viraj Daxini, Shri Devendar Patel and many prominent Industries Members, Dr. Rajdipsinh Zala IPS, Shri Shrimal Sheshma IPS, Dy. SP, Vapi, Shri Ashish Maru, Divisional Manager, GIDC, Vapi, Shri Dineshkumar Parmar, Regional Manager, GIDC, Vapi, Shri Devendra Sagar, Executive Engineer, GIDC, Vapi & Chief Officer, Notified Area Authority, Vapi and Shri H M Ganvit, Regional Officer (I/C), GPCB, Vapi, Smt. Kashmira Shah, President, Vapi Nagarpalika. Shri Kalpesh Vora during his welcome address gave briefed about the Oxygen Park, he also acknowledged and thanked Shri Kanubhai for his unconditional support for the development of the Oxygen park as a Director and Chairman – CSR Committee of VGEL. The dignitaries on the dias then welcomed with Flower Pots. The students Ms. Vama Shah and Mr. Arsh Qureshi, who helped in conceptualizing the design of the Oxygen Park and Shri Chirag Patel of Envirotech Landscape & Developers, who developed the Oxygen Park were felicitated by the worthy hands of Shri Kanubhai with a Certificate of Appreciation. Shri Kanubhai Desai during his address appreciated the work of the Green Society of VIA and mentioned how the land which was lying idle in the past now has been converted into a beautiful project – Oxygen Park by Green Society. Shri Satish Patel thereafter delivered the Vote of Thanks to all the present.
