Awareness Seminar for Cleaner Vapi with Swachh Vapi Mission on 26.9.2021

Vapi Industries Association (VIA) in its continuous endeavour to create a better Environment and to improve the Ecology at Vapi Industrial Estate and surrounding areas, has organized an Awareness Seminar on Cleaner Vapi, jointly with Swachh Vapi Mission at VIA Auditorium on 26th September 2021. Keynote Speakers like Dr, Sudarshan Iyengar, Ex Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Vidyapith (Environmentalist & Educationalist), Dr. Meena Sonde, Social & Environment Activist and Municipal Councilor of Ullhasnagar, Maharashtra and Mr. Nikunj Shukla, Executive – Warree Group enlightened the participants on the necessity and need for safe keeping the Environment and the ways and means to do it. Mr. Nikunj Shukla gave presentation on Solar Energy to improve Environment. The seminar was attended by Shri Satish Patel, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Shri Prakash Bhadra, Immd. Past President & Advisory Board Member, VIA and Dr. Hiten Bhatt, President, Swachh Vapi Mission. Shri Prakashbhai during his speech explained the need to improve the environment and ambience in Vapi Industrial Estate and our efforts to maintain cleanliness for the same and also informed the continuous and continual initiatives taken by VIA to achieve the goal. Shri Satishbhai Patel intimated the audience about the activities of VIA and its Green Society in developing multiple Gardens, Pocket Gardens and Green Belts with the support of its Industries Members, he also informed about the upcoming project of Oxygen Park to be established at Claps Hand, near UPL by VIA in the coming days. The seminar was well attended by Members of Swachh Vapi Mission, Industries Members and Citizens of the Estate.
