A Seminar was organized Highlighting Key Challenges and Issues Under the GST and Customs Law on 27th March 2019 at VIA 2nd Floor Conference Hall jointly with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorney. Shri Nirav S Karia, Shri Ratan Jain and Shri Chaitnaya R Bhatt, Joint Partners of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorney were the keynote speakers of the event and explained various important aspects like GST Credit Notes, Credit Distribution Mechanism, Cross Charging, Input Tax Credit etc. The Seminar was held in the presence of Shri Satish Patel, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Shri Rajen T Shah and many other Executive Committee Members of VIA. The Seminar was well attended by over 55 Industries & trade Members and Tax Consultants of the estate.
