Rojgar Bharti Mela (Job Fair) / Apprentice Bharti Mela at VIA Auditorium on 1st March 2024

Vapi Industries Association (VIA) is extending its fullest support to the Labour & Employment Department to ensure maximum employment to the youth & job aspirants of this region which mitigates the manpower requirement of the Industries & Members, as part of this continued effort VIA extended its support to the Valsad District Employment Department and ITI Pardi to organize a Rojgar Bharti Mela at 10:00 am on 1st March 2024, Friday at VIA Auditorium. The Rojgar Bharti Mela was held in the presence of Shri Satishbhai Patel, Preident, VIA, Shri Kalpeshbhai Vora, Hon. Secretary, VIA, Smt. Parulben Patel, District Employment Officer, Valsad, Shri Bimalbhai Tandel, Principal, ITI Pardi, Shri Miteshbhai Desai, President, Executive Committee of Vapi Nagarpalika, Shri Mehulbhai Patel, President, Laghu Udyog Bharti – Valsad and the Officers and Staff Members of Employment Department and various ITIs of the District. During the function 10 top job provider Industries of the District were felicitated by the Dignitaries. Shri Satishbhai during his address said that the State and Central Government under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi is taking every steps to empower the youth and provide earning opportunities and as the result of the same now we have job aspirants are being approached by the Employers at their doorsteps through Campus Interviews and Job Fairs. He also assured all the present to provide the best support from VIA and invited all the present Industries Members to use the platform of the Association as and when needed. Shri Kalpeshbhai said that job aspirants are now getting on hand practical experiences through various courses of ITI, internship and apprenticeship which will help the Industries to get properly qualified workforce. He also requested all the present job aspirants to keep improving their skill even after getting employment. Total 941 Students / Job Aspirants and 47 Industries Members with 1651 vacancies took part in today’s Job Fair out of which total 853 candidates were selected by the present Employer Industries.
