Visit of British Deputy High Commissioner of Gujarat & Rajasthan at VIA Office on 2.11.2022

Vapi Industries Association (VIA) has a long cordial relation with the Office of British Deputy High Commissioner of Ahmedabad since many years and delegates from their office visited VIA many a times to explore and strengthen business relations of India and United Kingdom. Similarly Mr. Peter Cook, British Deputy Commissioner to Gujarat & Rajasthan, accompanied by his wife Maureen Cook and colleagues Ms. Akota Agyeman, Deputy Head – Investment, Department for International Trade, British Deputy High Commission, Mumbai, Ms. Nandita Rajput, Senior Advisor, Investment & India Lead of Green Energy, Department of International Trade, British Deputy High Commission, Ahmedabad and Ms. Amee Raninga, Political Advisor, British Deputy High Commission, Ahmedabad came for an interactive meeting with the Industries & Trade Members of Vapi Industrial Estate. The meeting was attended by Shri Kamlesh Patel, President, VIA, Shri Hemang Naik, Treasurer, VIA, Shri Kalpesh Vora, Jt. Secretary, VIA, Shri Prakash Bhadra, Immd. Past President, VIA, Shri Lalit Kothari, Chairman, Import Export Committee, VIA and Committee Members like Shri Magan Savalia, Shri Hemant Patel, Shri Joy Kothari and many more Industries Members. During the meeting Mr. Peter Cook expressed the scopes to extend technology sharing, joint ventures in the field of green energy, education, waste treatment, investment & financing etc. with local industries and British Companies. Shri Hemangbhai, Shri Kalpeshbhai and Shri Prakashbhai also expressed their views in terms of further extending business relation with British Government and the Industries of United Kingdom.
